Job summary

Accenture Philippines seeks a Total Rewards Senior Manager to lead benefits strategy, governance, and policy across the portfolio. You will oversee wellness, retirement, HMO, time-off programs, and government-m mandated benefits, while coordinating vendors and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

You will drive compliance, audits, and transformation initiatives, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to deliver best-in-class employee experience and governance across Manila operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Total Rewards/Benefits with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation, and benefits rules.
• Experience managing health, retirement, and wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits strategy, governance, and policy management.
• Oversee vendor, broker, and contract relationships.
