Job summary

AECOM in Philippines is seeking a timekeeping professional to support day-to-day time and labor processes. You will ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions, review timesheets, and assist with period-end reporting within established SLAs.

The role involves weekly close activities, resolving complex inquiries, and contributing to continuous process improvements while coordinating with Team Lead and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced working knowledge of Timekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience in stakeholder and client management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex to complex time and labor processes to support timekeeping services.
• Review timesheets and verify attendance or hours worked according to policies.
• Execute weekly close to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
• Create and review period-end reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Run nightly revenue process and address timekeeping inquiries per procedures.
• Escalate issues and propose resolutions to Team Lead in a timely manner.
• Assist junior team members with routine issues and maintain SOPs and updates.
• Contribute to process improvements to boost productivity and customer experience.
• Participate in audit-related activities and provide project updates.
