Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and queries via calls, chats, and ticketing system in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on HR systems.
• Ensure accurate case handling and proper transfer within guidelines.
• Handle low to medium complexity tasks per SLA and policies.
• Contribute to incident reports and policy interpretations.
• Support Workday requests and transactions following standard methodologies.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and SOP maintenance.
