Reporting into the DCE HVP-PTE Manager, this role will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team supporting **new product development, product engineering, design evaluation, validation, test development and manufacturing readiness** for ADI's high-voltage and protection product portfolio.The successful candidate will provide both **technical and people leadership**, driving execution across the product lifecycle from concept through production release while partnering closely with global Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams.
