Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Engineering Manager to join its Data Centre & Energy organization. You will build and lead a high‑performing team supporting new product development, validation, test development and manufacturing readiness for high‑voltage and protection products.

You will partner across Design, Product, Reliability and Operations to drive execution from concept to production. The role emphasizes talent development, innovation, and process improvements to boost

Qualifications

BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
10+ years in product development with proven leadership in a fast‑paced global environment.
Strong track record building and leading high‑performing engineering teams.
Experience in design evaluation, validation, and manufacturing readiness.

Responsabilités

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team across new product development, validation and test development.
Collaborate with Design, Product, Reliability and Operations to define development and manufacturing readiness strategies.
Drive silicon validation, characterization, qualification and production test solutions.
Resolve complex technical and manufacturing challenges through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage priorities, resources and schedules to meet product milestones.
Recruit, mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Support global manufacturing to improve yield, quality, reliability and time-to-market.
