• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in compiling, assimilating, and organizing information; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Support/Sustaining and address issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to cost reduction through yield improvements and test time reductions.
• Handle material disposition to ensure accurate and efficient material movement.
• Perform Manufacturing Control Hit Validation for proper disposition and handling.
• Monitor and enhance product performance by data analysis to maintain quality.
• Support new product releases with cross-functional coordination; assist failures analysis.
