Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support and product sustaining activities across product lines.
• Support cost reduction through yield improvement and test time reduction.
• Handle material disposition activities with engineering-based decisions.
• Perform manufacturing control hit validation for proper disposition of materials.
• Monitor product performance by analyzing manufacturing/test data to drive quality improvements.
• Support new product releases/transfers with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in failure analysis investigations and root cause determination.
• Provide engineering support for LTX and other automated test platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement on Yield, OEE, and related metrics.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues.
