Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Batangas, Philippines to lead end-to-end program management of new products and production readiness in the aerospace and defense supply chain.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma improvements, manage operating budgets and capital plans, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive experience in end-to-end program management for new products and production readiness.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or related manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing or Six-Sigma implementation experience.
• Strong managerial and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and organizational development.
• Strong program management and resource management to successfully execute the new programs.
• Ensures effective implementation of product and manufacturing technologies.
