Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines, is seeking an experienced engineer to support new product development and manufacturing test activities onsite. You will establish test processes, validate procedures, and ensure readiness for product launches while collaborating with Engineering teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 5 years in relevant manufacturing or test disciplines, with strong problem solving and familiarity with MES/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing, Test, Product or Process Engineering.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches or deployments.
• Knowledge of MES, ERP/MRP systems and data tracking.
• Strong problem solving using Root Cause Analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and validate robust test processes for new products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test procedures.
• Support production readiness before product launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into test solutions.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards.
