Responsibilities

• Reviews and participates in the works of specialists within supervision.
• Conducts research and data gathering on policies for EBET implementation.
• Facilitates capability-building programs for EBET stakeholders.
• Establishes and maintains the EBET database.
• Monitors EBET implementation and submits monthly reports.
• Participates in inter-agency meetings on training and employment.
• Conducts site visits and validation at field offices.
• Designs and establishes monitoring and evaluation procedures for EBET programs.
• Conceptualizes systems and programs for EBET stakeholders.
• Establishes/monitors partnerships with EBET stakeholders.
• Conducts capacity- and capability-building for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops project proposals, reports, and presentation materials.
• Provides technical assistance to stakeholders
• Facilitates meetings and consultations.
• Prepares OPCR targets and accomplishment reports.
• Prepares periodic reports.
• Reviews and participates in works of lower-level specialists.
• Research on EBET incentive schemes and programs
