Job summary

Aqua SmartGuard Philippines is seeking a motivated TeleSales Team Lead to drive performance and coach a fast-growing telesales group in our Philippines operations.

The role requires leadership of a driven team, coaching skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, accounting and operations to optimize processes and deliver consistent daily and monthly performance reports while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telesales teams and driving quota attainment.
• Proven ability to coach and train sales staff for effective pitches.
• Strong reporting, data analysis and performance feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead telesales employees toward monthly sales quota and targets.
• Go the extra mile to deliver personal sales supporting group performance.
• Provide training and coaching to establish a customer-focused sales tone.
• Answer questions and guide on technical and operational concerns.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and speed.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports for management.
• Ensure policy compliance; coordinate with HR for corrective actions.
• Schedule regular meetings to discuss issues, trends, and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve processes.
• Manage incentives to keep staff motivated and focused on targets.
• Measure staff performance, call quality and client management quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance campaigns and brand awareness.
