Aqua Smartguard Corp. is seeking a Store Manager in Pasay to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, and staff scheduling while maintaining premium showroom standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in store leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will collaborate with Marketing and Operations to grow local store performance and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in store/retail management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory levels, and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to drive local promotions and events.
• Manage financials, cash handling, and reporting.
• Mentor staff through coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure showroom is organized, compliant, and reflects brand standards.
