Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
• Experience with equipment used in QFN, TQFP and SOIC assembly.
• Knowledge of TS16949 and HSPM quality systems.
• Ability to manage workload in a team environment.
• Availability for off-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company's quality policy and standard code of conduct.
• Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
• Machine setup and repair; monitor and ensure equipment is available for production use.
• Ensure PM and Calibration requirements are updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Update downtime and uptime reports through PPMS and related systems.
• Maintain good housekeeping inside the production line and maintenance rooms.
• Perform other functions as assigned by immediate superior.
