Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of engineering experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, with willingness to extended hours and shifting schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field, engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Able to lead and coach people and communicate clearly.
• Skilled in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of MSA, SPC, Control Plan, OEE, MTBF, MTBA, AMPM.
• Understanding of FMEA, TPM, and project management.
• Willing to work extended hours and shifting schedules.
• Completion of EDL requirements per job grade.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance and calibration of production equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Oversee line support and machine performance.
• Learn and apply preventive maintenance, buyoff and qualification processes.
• Disassemble/repair/reassemble equipment per manuals and schematics.
• Coordinate service calls on production equipment or instruments.
• Collaborate with process engineers on equipment interactions and specs.
• Review machine utilization data and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop team members to ensure efficient operations.
