Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to join our shared services team in Manila. This role will deliver comprehensive training programs, develop materials, and assess employee performance to drive operational excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, create SOPs, and monitor progress, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing capability development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience in training or L&D.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing training content and conducting trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs including new hire, technical, SOP, quality, and refresher trainings.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and SOPs.
• Assess training effectiveness and monitor progress.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Prepare training reports and support documentation requirements.
