Manila HealthTek Inc. is seeking an experienced Training & KPI Manager to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate corporate training programs aligned with organizational goals.
You will lead the full training cycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and record management—while coordinating KPI reporting and ensuring ISO 13485:2016 compliance across departments.

Lead the full training cycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and record management. Also coordinate, track, and report on departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support performance management and organizational development.
Conduct training needs assessments across all departments to identify skill gaps and competency requirements.
Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and curricula aligned with role requirements and standards (including ISO 13485:2016).
Plan, schedule, and coordinate in-house, external, and on-the-job training sessions; arrange trainers, facilities, tools, and logistics.
Facilitate or assist in delivering training sessions; ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
Evaluate training effectiveness across four levels: reaction, learning, behavior/application, and organizational results.
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date training records, matrices, and documentation per document control procedures.
Manage training budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-effective training solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Support compliance with regulatory and certification training requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to define, align, and document departmental and individual KPIs.
Collect, consolidate, and validate KPI submissions and performance data from all departments.
Monitor and track KPI progress, deadlines, and targets; prepare regular status reports.
Compile and analyze performance data; identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain KPI documentation, tracking systems, and performance records.
Support performance review cycles by providing accurate data, reports, and documentation.
Assist in developing performance standards and measurement frameworks.
Ensure all training and KPI activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and ISO standards.
Prepare reports on training completion rates, evaluation results, and KPI performance for management.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Stay updated on industry best practices in training, development, and performance measurement.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR training management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, curriculum development, delivery, and assessment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; solid skills in Word, PowerPoint or Canva.
