London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate for Specialist Support in a remote capacity. You will act as a specialized technical resource for complex issues across Refinitiv products, resolving them remotely and coordinating with partners as needed.

Strong English and Japanese, Linux proficiency, and solid incident management are essential. You will identify trends, share preventative measures, and provide high-quality technical guidance to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• English and Japanese fluency required (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Linux terminal operations.
• Strong incident management and case-tracking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues remotely.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert technical support for Refinitiv products.
• Resolve customer issues remotely; coordinate with 3rd party partners when needed.
• Identify service-impacting trends and suggest preventative measures.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to customers as required.
• Record interactions in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain documentation.
