LSEG, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, seeks a Senior Associate Product Specialist to translate quantitative requirements into solutions. You will support analysts, quants and researchers by delivering data, workflow insights and tailored content using Refinitiv data and internal platforms.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and data skills, knowledge of equity markets, and the ability to train clients and collaborate with sales for onboarding and feature

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Finance/Math.
Demonstrated SQL coding experience.
Experience with financial/big data databases.
Experience in equity markets and quantitative analytics.
Proficiency with Matlab, R and Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized customer service to analysts, researchers and quants.
Assist clients in understanding Refinitiv data from SQL/Oracle databases.
Solve inquiries, write scripts, and collaborate with vendors, developers and product managers.
Build long-term client relationships through training and ongoing support.
Collaborate with Sales to gather requirements and onboard new business.
Promote product features and drive adoption in clients’ workflows.
Support process improvements inspired by Lean Six Sigma.
