Job summary

Web Design Davao is seeking an experienced Level 3 Engineer to join our technical services team in the Philippines. This senior role focuses on complex troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, networking, servers, and cloud environments, with Level 2/3 escalations.

You will mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians and collaborate with Australian MSP clients on PSA/RMM automation, PowerShell, and AI‑assisted service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years MSP experience required.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, networking and PSA/ticketing experience.
• Leadership experience mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Experience with Australian MSP clients, PSA/RMM automation, PowerShell, Power Automate, AI-assisted service delivery, Essential Eight, and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 engineering support across multiple client environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalations to resolution.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and share knowledge.
• Maintain technical documentation and PSA/ticketing workflows.

This senior position is suited to someone experienced in complex troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, networking, servers, hardware, cloud environments, and Level 2/Level 3 escalations.

• Minimum 3–5+ years of recent MSP experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, networking, cybersecurity, PSA/ticketing systems , and technical documentation is essential.
• Leadership experience mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians is required.
• Experience with Australian MSP clients, PSA/RMM automation, PowerShell, Power Automate, AI-assisted service delivery, Essential Eight, and ISO 27001 is highly regarded.
