Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Philippine-based team. You will provide remote L1–L3 helpdesk and desktop support for a diverse client base, lead migrations of Microsoft 365 services, and manage Azure, SharePoint and Intune deployments.

• 4+ years of MSP experience as an IT all-rounder
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD/Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune
• Experience with backup platforms including Datto, StorageCraft, and Veeam
• PowerShell scripting ability and basic web development knowledge
• Experience with Azure and AWS environments and cloud infrastructure migration
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools used in MSP environments
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI integration into the Microsoft stack
• Able to work well under pressure across multiple clients and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide remote L1–L3 helpdesk and desktop support across a varied national client base
• Support and execute Microsoft 365 migrations and Modern Workplace projects including Azure, SharePoint, and Intune
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Azure AD/Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Configure and manage Sophos firewalls, VPN, and endpoint protection
• Manage backup solutions across Datto, StorageCraft, and Veeam
• Support and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory/Azure AD environments
• Manage device deployment and configuration using Microsoft Intune
• Support VoIP technologies including RingCentral and conferencing via MS Teams and Zoom Rooms
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate and streamline IT processes
• Integrate and utilise Microsoft Copilot and AI tools within the Microsoft stack

Profile Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an MSP environment as an IT all-rounder — MSP background is essential
