Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join a multinational semiconductor firm based in Clark Pampanga. The role links GSEC, field service, R&D and global teams to minimize production losses and ensure safety, quality and performance of handler/prober systems.

The candidate will participate in NPI evaluation, provide feedback to R&D, and drive improvements for reliable, scalable technology integrations, while delivering knowledge transfer to field service teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics Engineering, or relevant field.
Experience in semiconductor package handling/probing, thermal technologies and automation system.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Global mindset and industrial knowledge to support regional teams and collaborate with global teams.
Excellent communication for internal/external customers support, technical sharing and R&D collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide effective technical consultation and onsite support for handling/probing and thermal issues.
Consolidate and monitor failure trends; review data with GSEC and R&D for product improvement.
Support NPI evaluation and provide feedback on evaluation results and gaps to R&D.
Train field service teams and customers through knowledge transfer and workshops.
