Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking a Test Development Engineer for a multinational semiconductor company, based in Alabang Muntinlupa City. You will support new product tests and ramp-up projects, work closely with customers to resolve test development and production testing issues, and collaborate with engineers and sales to shape strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical experience in Semiconductor IC Testing, wafer or final test is a plus.
• Proven experience in SoC testing on ATE systems.
• Knowledge of Java or C++ programming.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and shell or other scripting language is a plus.
• Self-driven attitude for continuous learning.
• Demonstrated project management, strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide test solutions to product correlation and evaluation problems for new or ramp-up projects.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve test development and production testing issues.
• Work with Engineers and Sales to develop sales and support strategies.
• Execute support plans as part of the focused customer account team.
