Job summary

GenDx Biotech is seeking a motivated IVD Sales Executive to drive expansion of diagnostic solutions in the Philippines market. You will develop and grow sales of IVD reagents and diagnostic instruments, build relationships with hospitals, labs, distributors, and healthcare professionals, and identify new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a Life Sciences/related degree, experience in IVD or molecular diagnostics, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in IVD or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of IVD reagents and diagnostic instruments in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable diagnostic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, workshops, and scientific events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
