The role centers on leading segment strategies, driving partnerships, and supervising the team’s performance and processes while traveling to locations across the country to seize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related business program.
• 5+ years of field-based sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Improves sales through technical presentations, demos, negotiations, and deals in the segment-related industry.
• Promotes business growth by building partnerships and initiating sales opportunities.
• Implements segment strategies through technical expertise and team management.
• Leads segment-related processes by overseeing team performance and resource management.
• Monitors the needs of the segment-related team by promoting organizational communication.
