Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Technical Product Manager to own digital products in Port, Shipping or Corporate domains. You will drive outcomes across the full lifecycle, from problem definition and roadmap planning to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

Senior hires may mentor other PMs, shape product practices, and collaborate with engineers, architects, vendors and business owners to balance technical trade-offs and business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in product management, digital solution ownership, business analysis or similar roles.
• Strong technical foundation (architecture, integration, data, security fundamentals).
• Experience working with Agile or iterative delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business and industry needs.
• Engage internal users and external industry stakeholders to identify problems and priorities.
• Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise product backlog based on value, risk and technical constraints.
• Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors.
• Own products post go-live, including adoption, stability and continuous improvement.
• Analyse issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritise improvements.
