You will balance hands-on contribution with people leadership while driving delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet security objectives and business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation.
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and delivery oversight.
• Track record of driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers delivering identity and access management solutions across PAM, UAM, PKI, and related domains.
• Own technical delivery outcomes, ensuring high-quality engineering aligned to cyber objectives.
