Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead enterprise Identity Governance initiatives. You will design, implement and optimize SailPoint solutions, mentor a team, and collaborate with security stakeholders to secure access to critical systems.

Hybrid work setup with Cubao office support is available. The role demands hands-on SailPoint expertise, a track record of large-scale deployments, and a commitment to security best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strong, hands‑on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC in complex deployments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize identity governance solutions.
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale SailPoint projects and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives.
• Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions.
• Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and role management processes.
• Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.
• Support the resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
• Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
