Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions focusing on technical troubleshooting and customer experience.
Mentor other coaches and support specialists to improve coaching effectiveness.
Lead sessions on complex product, configuration, integration, and application issues.
Conduct case reviews and deep-dive sessions to reinforce best practices.
Monitor outcomes and craft development plans based on metrics.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve knowledge bases.
