Job summary

Our Client in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Senior Technical Coach to lead technical capability development, performance coaching, and operational excellence for customer support teams dealing with complex enterprise software solutions.

You will mentor Technical Coaches and frontline staff, design structured learning paths, and drive AI-enabled improvements to reduce escalations and improve CSAT, FCR, and AHT across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years supporting enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, or CRM.
Minimum 2 years in a Technical Coach or comparable enablement role.
At least 1 year in coaching, training, mentoring, or team leadership.
Proven success coaching technical teams within a metrics-driven environment.
Experience with enterprise software and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and performance coaching to Technical Coaches and frontline support specialists.
Lead coaching sessions focused on FCR, AHT, CSAT, and ownership.
Design and manage development plans and learning paths.
Coach teams to resolve complex software issues and configurations.
Mentor coaches to improve knowledge transfer and coaching impact.
Monitor coaching effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
