Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Tech Workplace Engineer to join the Global IT Operations team in Manila, Philippines. You will enhance end‑user experience across Microsoft 365 and messaging infrastructure in a dynamic, international corporate setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Detail‑oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong work ethic and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune.
Design and maintain Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA strategies.
Oversee Exchange Online mail flow, security, and compliance features.
Manage device management with Intune Autopilot/Autopatch and policy enforcement.
Implement CIS benchmarks and Defender XDR across endpoints and identities.
Administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPOs; ensure patching and security.
