The role focuses on leading, coaching, and training the team, with emphasis on achieving targets, CSAT and AHT metrics, and delivering a positive customer experience within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up.
• Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up.
• Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent people management.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Demonstrable analytical skillset.
• Organized & Self-Motivated.
• Results-Oriented.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
