Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. Philippines seeks a Trainer to lead onboarding and training for new hires across modules including domain training, charts immersion, and process training.

You will support ramp phases and perform internal quality reviews to identify areas for improvement while ensuring policy compliance. Working in a healthcare setting, you will collaborate with a fast-growing team, gain learning opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that benefit staff and patients.

Qualifications

As a Trainer, your primary roles will be onboarding and training new hires through different modules of the program, which includes but not limited to domain training, charts immersion, and process training. You are also expected to provide support during ramp phase and do random internal quality reviews aimed at identifying improvement and education areas that would benefit the staff. Additional duties, such as responding to support questions and providing continuous training and /or upskilling and support to the team, are also included in this role. You are expected to be up to date on the policies and guidelines by doing minimal production.
