• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of seven years of accounting and tax experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate in a team.
• Progress toward CPA or intent to pursue CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Support preparation of extensions, quarterly estimates, and tax projections.
• Assist with reconciliation of book-to-tax differences, including Schedules M-1, M-2, and M-3.
• Conduct tax research using RIA, BNA, IRS guidance, and other authoritative resources.
• Prepare write-up work for closely held businesses and family office clients, including reconciliations and tax-ready workpapers.
• Identify and follow up on open items, communicate issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Accurately track time daily and manage assigned client work in alignment with engagement budgets.
• Perform self-review of work and learn firm tax software to continually learn.
• Work closely with a team and communicate job status with all levels of the engagement team.
• Complete assigned projects within engagement timeline and budget guidelines.
