• Minimum of 4 years of business management, bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with accounting and bill-pay software preferred.

• Review mail, email, and other communications daily for actionable items and notify the US team.
• Manage cash, including transfers and balances.
• Prepare invoices and pay bills timely.
• Process wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
• Assist with financial statements and tax filings.
• Coordinate with payroll provider for payroll runs and tax filings.
• Support year-end tax packaging and client billing inquiries.
