Weareams is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced Professional Services environment. You will partner with hiring managers to shape strategies, build pipelines, and deliver top talent with an excellent candidate experience.

You will leverage market insights, run proactive sourcing, and manage offers and negotiations across multi-country roles, ensuring timely and successful hires while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 360 recruitment experience within Professional Services.
• Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer.
• Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience recruiting professional/senior-level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers.
• Consultative approach to talent availability and strategies.
• Experience building pipelines and engaging passive talent.
• Strong screening, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience using market insights to shape sourcing decisions.
• Experience managing offers and negotiations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer and acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead vacancy consultations and determine the right recruitment approach.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify and engage active and passive talent for current and future roles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, providing high-quality options to managers.
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, availability, and hiring expectations.
• Manage interview activity, candidate feedback and complex negotiations.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand.
• Maintain recruitment data and meet SLAs, KPIs and targets.
