Job summary

You will conduct initial phone screens, create shortlists, and track metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire while supporting recruitment analysts in performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting for technical/specialized roles.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for niche roles.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases (Oracle, Talkpush, Taleo, LinkedIn, BullHorn).
• Strong sourcing via social media and niche sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for technical roles.
• Identify effective methods for recruiting niche positions across IT, healthcare, accounting, and marketing.
• Draft recruitment advertisements and publish job ads in portals.
• Create and publish job ads across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens and technical evaluations to shortlist candidates.
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Follow up with candidates and support Recruitment Analyst performance.
