Qualifications

Minimum 2 years end-to-end US healthcare recruitment.
Experience using ATS to manage postings and candidate pipelines.
Experience sourcing passive candidates via job boards.
Strong communication with Hiring Leaders.
Ability to work night shift in Manila with hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment for hospitals and service lines to fill openings on time.
Maintain ATS and postings to optimize job visibility.
Mine candidates through ATS and weekly reports.
Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other boards.
Negotiate offers and present salary to applicants.
Provide interviewing guidance to hiring managers and teams.
Represent the company at community events and job fairs.
Mentor new hires and share process knowledge.
