Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding for assigned requisitions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen applications to ensure credentials, skills, and experience meet position requirements.
• Regularly endorse candidates to the hiring manager for review.
• Communicate hiring updates to the hiring manager and stakeholders.
• Review and manage recruitment tools and processes as assigned.
• Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to align profiles.

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Dayshift

Position Purpose

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Specialized Hiring will be identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client's hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time.

Recruitment Operations

• Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions to him/her. Requisitions may primarily consist of complex to niche roles under Business Support Services, Knowledge Services, and Creative and Online Services
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking
• Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position
• Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
• Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
• Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
• Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
• Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)

Others

• Assists in onboarding and mentoring TA Specialists and Associates
• Serves as a backup resource in managing the team in the absence of the TA Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
