Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years in corporate, manufacturing recruitment, automotive/heavy manufacturing/dealership exposure.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations, labor standards, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for plant operations, supply chain, technical, engineering, and showroom roles.
• Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and streamline hiring timelines.
• Source passive talent via networks, portals, and referrals for hard-to-fill roles.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators on best sourcing practices.
