Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in the Philippines to lead end-to-end internal recruitment for technical and corporate roles. You will source, attract, and hire top IT talent while partnering with hiring managers to meet business goals in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, coordinating with teams, managing pipelines, and driving vendor partnerships, with a hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field
• At least 2 years in internal Talent Acquisition with IT/technical recruitment experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment best practices
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Workable preferred)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Experience managing recruitment vendors and external partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus
• Immediate start is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for technical, consulting, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, vendors, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with interviewers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external partners.
• Facilitate offers and onboard with HR Operations.
• Track metrics and progress toward hiring goals.
• Support employer branding, events, and talent attraction activities.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
