Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an agency, exec search, or fast-paced TA environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions from screening to placement.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-caliber candidates using diverse channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities meet timelines and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and recruitment systems.
