Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Makati is seeking a driven recruiter to join our high-performing team. This role suits a recruitment professional with agency experience, strong headhunting capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As a talent acquisition partner, you will work with hiring managers across multiple locations to attract and secure top talent in IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within an agency, executive search firm, or fast-paced TA environment.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from candidate screening to interview coordination and placement.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within timelines and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within Workday and recruitment systems.

As a talent acquisition partner, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple locations & assist them to attract, engage, and secure top talent across a diverse range of functions, including IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and various corporate vacancies.

This is an independent, standalone role based in Makati.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from candidate screening and assessment to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and search techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Workday and recruitment systems.
