You will mentor the Talent Acquisition Associate, refine recruitment processes, and coordinate with hiring managers to endorse qualified candidates. This onsite role requires 3–5 years of experience and strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards.
• Experience conducting initial interviews and candidate screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and initial recruitment activities.
• Source candidates via Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Review resumes and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Mentor the Talent Acquisition Associate and junior recruiters.
• Improve recruitment workflows and templates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
