Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment for Shared Services and Retail. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, building strong recruitment strategies across functions.

The ideal candidate has a background in Executive Search or RPO, with success in high-volume or complex hiring for FMCG/QSR/Retail. Proficiency with ATS and strong Excel reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in Shared Services and Retail recruitment.
• Executive Search or RPO experience is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment for Shared Services and Retail functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, platforms and networks.
• Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting; optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and ATS/manual tracking reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide solutions.
• Manage recruitment vendors and external partners when required.
