This role involves working with partners and clients across multiple industries, guiding end-to-end search programs, and maintaining high-quality delivery. The Senior/Principal Consultant will manage delivery teams, engage stakeholders, and create market insights while ensuring compliance and successful outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
• 5+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition including retained Executive Search.
• Experience writing insightful profiles and reports.
• Proven ability to work under tight timescales for high-demand clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the project, engaging external and internal stakeholders.
• Define searches, create job descriptions, and market messaging for client sign-off.
• Oversee the candidate assessment from longlist to shortlist and reporting.
• Produce high-quality candidate profiles and reports for review with partners.
• Manage onboarding and post-project client engagement, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop business with partners globally and drive account growth.
• Present business cases to senior stakeholders and advise on commercial needs.
