Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a System Analyst with 10+ years in IT and 6+ years of Global PayPlus v4.6 experience to support GPPSP deployments in Makati, Philippines. The role requires in-depth knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, and Oracle SQL, plus production support and Unix/Linux basics.

You will plan production readiness activities, manage housekeeping, prepare training materials, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure reliable end-to-end processing. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 6+ years with Global PayPlus v4.6 (Finastra).
• In-depth GPPSP workflows: High Value/Low Value.
• Knowledge of SOD/EOD/standing orders and manual/auto execution.
• Configure and debug GPPSP events; read GPPtrace/Websphere logs.
• Production support for GPP; read ISO messages (PACS/PAIN).
• SQL on Oracle; write/validate production SQL scripts.
• Understanding of system and business rule configuration/execution.
• Basic Unix/Linux knowledge; IBM MQ usage in GPP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize GPPSP v4.6 deployments in production.
• Configure, debug, and optimize high/low value payment workflows.
• Handle SOD/EOD and standing orders; enable auto-execution.
• Configure and debug GPPtrace, Websphere logs for issues.
• Provide production support; investigate and resolve incidents.
• Work with ISO messages (PACS/PAIN) and Oracle SQL scripts.
• Analyze GPPtrace logs; read production logs to diagnose problems.
• Plan and execute GPP production readiness activities.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
