Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a senior IT professional with 10+ years of overall IT experience and 6+ years specifically with Global PayPlus version 4.6 by Finastra. The role emphasizes in-depth GPP knowledge, especially on High Value/Low Value workflows, and the ability to configure and debug GPP events and tasks.

Strong SQL/Oracle skills and exposure to Unix/Linux are desirable. The candidate will be responsible for production support, trace/log analysis, and coordinating production

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for GPP and related systems.
• Configure, debug and optimize GPP events and workflows.
• Read, analyze, and act on GPP trace logs, WebSphere logs, and related output.
• Plan and execute GPP production readiness activities, including monitoring and training materials.
• Identify and propose solutions to GPP issues and potential improvements.

Mandatory Skillsets: GPP SP v4.6, SWIFT, ISO XML 20022 Overall IT Experience: 10+ years Job Description: 1. 6+ years of experience with Global PayPlus version 4.6 by Finastra

• Global PayPlus Knowledge -
• Must have in-depth knowledge of workflows specifically High Value/Low Value flows.
• Must have knowledge of SOD/EOD/standing order and other tasks working mechanism in GPP. Should be able to execute these and other tasks manually and should be able to configure them for auto execution.
• Must be able to configure and debug Events working mechanism in GPP.
• Must be able to recommend solutions in GPP, debug any issues with GPP. Should be able to read and analyze GPP trace logs, Websphere logs etc for any issues.
• Should have experience in Production Support for GPP.
• Should have knowledge of ISO messages like all types of PACS,PAIN messages .
• Should be familiar with all the tables in GPP and able to write SQL/Stored Procedures on Oracle. Should be able to create/execute/manage/validate SQL scripts for production deployments.
• Must have in-depth understanding of system and business rule's configuration and execution. Should be able to solve business problems via system or business rules.
• Good to have basic Unix/Linux skills
• Understanding of workings of IBM MQ and usage in GPP
• Capable of planning and executing GPP production readiness activities, including: implementing proper monitoring/alerting implementing housekeeping activities writing and delivering training materials ahead of Production Go Live Detailed expertise supporting end users on GPP platform and able to understand the issue the users are facing
• Effective communicator, able to communicate with other technical teams when issues are experienced
