Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a senior IT professional with 10+ years of overall IT experience and 6+ years specifically with Global PayPlus version 4.6 by Finastra. The role emphasizes in-depth GPP knowledge, especially on High Value/Low Value workflows, and the ability to configure and debug GPP events and tasks.

Strong SQL/Oracle skills and exposure to Unix/Linux are desirable. The candidate will be responsible for production support, trace/log analysis, and coordinating production

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Global PayPlus version 4.6 by Finastra.
• In-depth knowledge of GPP workflows, especially High Value/Low Value flows.
• Experience with SOD/EOD/standing order and automation configuration in GPP.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for GPP and related systems.
• Configure, debug and optimize GPP events and workflows.
• Read, analyze, and act on GPP trace logs, WebSphere logs, and related output.
• Plan and execute GPP production readiness activities, including monitoring and training materials.
• Identify and propose solutions to GPP issues and potential improvements.
