Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to drive end-to-end planning across Probe, Assembly and Test. You will balance global demand against capacity, working with internal teams and OSAT partners to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The role requires 5+ years of supply planning experience, strong ERP/APS proficiency, and a track record of improving cross-functional collaboration in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years in supply planning or related roles.
• Experience: Semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP/APS: Strong hands-on experience with modern planning systems and data analytics.
• Collaborative: Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply & demand planning across Probe, Assembly and Test work centers.
• Analyze capacity, bottlenecks, and MPS to meet demand while optimizing inventory.
• Collaborate with front-end teams and OSAT partners to manage supply status and escalations.
• Own loading optimization with internal factories and OSAT suppliers.
• Support SIOP, monthly supply reviews, and development of tailored supply chain models.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across the supply chain.
