Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning for Probe, Assembly, and Test centers, coordinating with global partners to balance demand and capacity.

The role emphasizes driving on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement across multi-site operations in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in supply planning, product development, material planning, or program management in semiconductors/high-tech manufacturing.
• Direct experience managing multi-node, global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End supply & demand planning across Probe, Assembly, and Test work centers; align internal and OSAT capacities with global demand to ensure OTD and optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize MPS impact.
• Support Monthly Supply Reviews and SIOP processes by compiling and presenting key supply chain metrics.
